Shipping:
We usually ship full kit orders within 24 hours after receiving payment except on weekends and holidays. We ship UPS Ground or FEDEX Ground USA only. Items other than full kits are shipped USPS. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will have additional shipping charges. For International orders please contact us to arrange purchase and shipping.
Returns:
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your kit, you may return it within 7 days after the date of receipt. You need to pay for the return postage and we will deduct the shipping cost from the refund amount. Returns must be in new condition and original packaging. Missing parts (including the package) and any damage will be subject to a deduction of the refund. Other situations are specified below:
- If damage is caused by the carrier, you need to take pictures and send to us before you return. We will pay for the return shipping cost and you will get a replacement after we receive the returned item.
- If it arrives DOA (Dead On Arrival) or you get the wrong item, we will reimburse your shipping cost for the return after we receive it, exchange only. If you want a refund you still need to pay for the shipping cost.
- Notification we get after 7 days of receipt for any problems will be considered as warranty issues which is under the terms below.
Warranty:
The microscope that your kit contains is a quality, precision instrument with a one year warranty.
After 7 days of the date you receive the item, you may only return it for repair.
- Our microscopes are under one (1) year warranty, free labor and parts. Buyer needs to pay for all shipping costs.
